We are looking for a highly skilled and forward-thinking AI Support Bot System Developer to lead the development of our in-house AI assistant for our custom CRM. This role includes building an autonomous support bot capable of handling live chats and email responses, executing automated actions inside the CRM, and continuously improving itself through advanced AI integrations.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain our fully autonomous AI support bot for chat and email.
  • Build smart, automated workflows and action triggers inside our internal admin dashboard and client-facing app.
  • Integrate the latest AI technologies to optimize UX, streamline operations, and enhance customer support.
  • Ideate and implement new AI-powered features that improve our clients’ experience and expand our service offering.
  • Work closely with our product and engineering teams to embed AI across all areas of the platform.

Who You Are

  • A creative thinker with the ability to work independently and propose solutions proactively.
  • Passionate about AI, automation, and pushing the boundaries of what software can do.
  • Experienced in developing AI systems, LLM integrations, automation workflows, and/or conversational agents.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where innovation and execution matter.
