AI Data Analyst (GenAI & Automation)

FIMMICK is seeking a talented Digital Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing our clients’ digital growth strategies, creating engaging content, optimizing conversion rates, and exploring new digital frontiers.

At Fimmick, we don’t just report on the past; we predict the future. We are looking for a revolutionary AI Data Analyst to transform how we handle marketing intelligence.

This is not a traditional data role. We are moving beyond basic spreadsheets. You will be the architect of our new data era, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI to automate the heavy lifting of data cleaning, uncover hidden consumer patterns, and build dynamic, real-time visualization tools. You will bridge the gap between raw, unstructured social data and actionable business strategy.

AI-Powered Data Engineering:

• Utilize advanced LLMs and Python libraries to automate the cleaning, structuring, and enrichment of messy, unstructured datasets.

• Master Prompt Engineering to extract high-quality structured data from social media, forums, and customer feedback.

Advanced Analytics & Insights:

• Deploy AI-powered analytics tools to interpret market trends, perform deep sentiment analysis, and generate predictive insights.

• Translate complex data findings into clear, AI-assisted narratives that drive strategy for our clients.

Visualization & Automation:

• Design and maintain interactive, high-impact dashboards (using Tableau, PowerBI, or Streamlit) to visualize AI-generated insights.

• Build automated pipelines integrating AI agents to continuously monitor data quality and flag anomalies in real-time.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

• AI Expertise: Proven experience using LLMs for data manipulation and text processing. You know how to make AI work for you.

• Technical Stack:

  • Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL.

  • Experience with modern BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and AI-native analysis libraries (e.g., PandasAI).

• Mindset: A strong understanding of prompt engineering and a curiosity to test new AI tools as they emerge.
