AI Data Analyst (Remote)

PulseMediaNL is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical AI Data Analyst (Remote) to join our remote team. This role is essential in analyzing data, generating insights, supporting AI-driven initiatives, and helping improve business performance through data interpretation and reporting in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support business decisions
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key insights
• Monitor trends, patterns, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Assist in maintaining accurate datasets and reporting structures
  
  

AI & Data Support

• Support AI-related initiatives through data preparation, validation, and analysis
• Assist with organizing and managing structured and unstructured data
• Collaborate with internal teams to support data-driven projects and automation efforts
• Help identify opportunities to improve processes using analytical insights and AI tools
  
  

Data Management & Quality Assurance

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and reports
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in datasets
• Maintain organized records, databases, and analytical documentation
• Follow established procedures for data handling, privacy, and reporting standards
  
  

Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Work closely with operations, support, and management teams to provide analytical support
• Contribute insights that improve workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency
• Assist with documenting processes, methodologies, and reporting practices
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across data and reporting operations
  
  

Requirements

• About the Ideal Candidate
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar analytical role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly
• Basic understanding of AI tools, automation, or data-driven technologies is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote environment
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, reporting tools, or data visualization platforms is a plus
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel or similar tools
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in analytics, business, technology, or a related field is a plus
