AI & Data Delivery Expert

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced AI & Data Delivery Expert to lead the successful delivery of AI and Data initiatives from planning through execution and closure. The role is responsible for managing multiple projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI & Data projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
• Develop and maintain project plans, delivery roadmaps, resource plans, and execution strategies using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, ML Engineers, BI Developers, and Business Analysts.
• Proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and issues while driving timely resolution.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor project financials, resource utilization, forecasting, and delivery performance.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, user adoption, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, governance, and project management best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Minimum Experience:

• +7 years of experience in technology project or program delivery.
• Experience in leading AI, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Digital Transformation projects.
