AI & Data Automation Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled AI & Data Automation Engineer to design and build intelligent automation and analytics solutions. In this role, you will develop AI-powered workflows, scalable data pipelines, and interactive analytics applications to enhance decision-making and eliminate manual processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into efficient, data-driven solutions and enable self-service analytics across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered workflows and automation solutions to enhance business processes
• Develop scalable data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, validation, and publishing
• Build and deploy AI/ML and LLM-based use cases such as classification, anomaly detection, and insight generation
• Create interactive, web-based analytics applications to support business and operational decision-making
• Integrate backend systems, APIs, and data layers to enable self-serve analytics platforms
• Replace manual reporting and static dashboards with automated, application-based solutions
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability across data models and analytics systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Enable data-driven decision-making by delivering actionable insights and scalable data products

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, automation, or AI/ML roles
• Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience building production-grade pipelines and automation systems
• Solid SQL skills with experience handling large-scale datasets
• Experience or exposure to AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-powered workflows
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS (e.g., Lambda, Step Functions, Glue, S3, Bedrock, SageMaker)
• Experience building data pipelines or scheduled/event-driven workflows (e.g., Airflow, cron)
• Exposure to frontend technologies (e.g., React) is a plus
• Familiarity with data warehouses and distributed systems (e.g., Redshift, Athena, Spark)
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end solutions
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
