AI & Data Science Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement agentic AI systems with planning, memory, and tool-usage capabilities
Build, fine-tune, and deploy deep learning models and LLMs
Develop single-agent and multi-agent workflows for real-world tasks
Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, vector stores, and external tools

• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Optimize model performance, latency, and cost
• Deploy and monitor models in production environments
• Collaborate with product, backend, and DevOps teams

Mandatory Technical Requirements
Candidates MUST have the following:
Programming & Core Skills
Strong proficiency in Python
Solid understanding of Machine Learning & Deep Learning fundamentals
Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow

• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms

Agentic AI & LLMs

• Practical experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as:
• LangChainAutoGenCrewAISemantic Kernel (or similar)
• Experience building tool-calling agents, planners, and memory systems

Generative AI & RAG

• Experience with RAG architectures
• Hands-on work with vector databases:

QdrantFAISSPineconeWeaviateModel DevelopmentFine-tuning models using LoRA / PEFTExperience with prompt engineering and evaluation

• Text embedding, chunking, and retrieval optimization

• Exposure to Reinforcement Learning (RL) or feedback-driven optimization (preferred)

• Experience deploying AI models using FastAPI / Flask
• Containerization using Docker
• Cloud experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
• Basic knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps:
• Model versioningMonitoringLogging and evaluation
• Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

Computer ScienceArtificial IntelligenceMachine LearningData ScienceOr a related fieldGood to Have (Preferred)Experience with multi-agent systemsKnowledge of computer vision or speech modelsExperience with self-hosted LLMs (Ollama, vLLM, llama.cpp)

• Familiarity with LangSmith / OpenTelemetry / Prometheus
• Open-source contributions or published AI projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
