Ai Data Science Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI / Data Science Lead to spearhead our AI

initiatives and drive data-based innovation across the organization. This role involves

leading end-to-end AI/ML model development, guiding the tech team, and

transforming data into meaningful insights that support product and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the design, development, training, and deployment of scalable AI/ML

models.

● Analyze complex datasets to generate insights that support decision-making

and enhance user experiences.

● Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to integrate

intelligent systems into business operations.

● Conduct research to explore new technologies, frameworks, and

methodologies that can elevate technical capabilities.

● Mentor and support junior data scientists and AI engineers through best

practices and technical guidance.

● Continuously evaluate AI performance and implement improvements for

accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence,

Data Science, or related field.

● 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI, ML, or data science roles.

● Strong programming skills with expertise in Python, SQL, and modern ML

frameworks such as TensorFlow/PyTorch.

● Experience with data processing, model deployment, and visualization tools.

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

● Experience in product-driven AI development and cloud environments is a

plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
