Role: AI / Data Scientist

Location: Bentonville, AR

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled professionals in AI, Data Science, and Operations Research (OR) with strong coding and problem-solving abilities.

Core Technical Skills:

• Programming:  Python (must-have), SQL
• Optimization Tools:  PuLP, CPLEX
• AI/ML:  Machine Learning, GenAI (ChatGPT, Mistral), LLMs
• Other Tools:  MS Copilot, Element (optimization), Wibey

Core Areas:

• AI / Data Science
• Operations Research & Optimization
• Forecasting & Mathematical Modeling

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ML/AI models and optimization solutions
• Work on large-scale optimization problems (Linear/Mixed Integer Programming)
• Build and test data-driven solutions with strong coding practices
• Leverage GenAI tools for automation, coding, and productivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively

Evaluation (Hacker Rank):

• Python coding (data structures, ML-related problems)
• SQL queries and data handling
• Problem-solving and logical reasoning

Additional Skills:

• Strong coding and testing skills
• Familiarity with auto-coding / AI-assisted development
• Good communication and collaboration skills
