AI DEVELOPER

We’re looking for a passionate AI Developer with hands-on experience in Large Language Models (LLMs) and custom AI applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, fine-tuning, and deploying intelligent chatbots, automation systems, and AI-driven experiences for enterprise clients and interactive installations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered chatbot systems using OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs.
• Fine-tune and customize LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.) for domain-specific tasks.
• Build automation workflows integrating AI with CRM, ERP, or internal tools.
• Collaborate with creative and development teams to integrate AI into experiential installations.
• Research and prototype AI use cases for business and event technology applications.
• Optimize model responses, accuracy, and latency for real-time interaction.

Requirements

• Strong background in Python and frameworks like LangChain, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Experience with OpenAI API, Hugging Face Transformers, or custom model training.
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma) and embedding models.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and contextual response design.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Docker deployment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating chatbots with websites, WhatsApp, or CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of speech-to-text / text-to-speech systems.
• Understanding of AI agents and RPA automation frameworks.
• Previous work in events, exhibitions, or interactive tech is a plus.
