AI Developer

Position Overview:

Argon Tech Inc is looking for a talented and motivated AI Developer to join our team for a project-based position, with the potential to transition into a long-term permanent role based on performance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Python, and API integration, along with a passion for building intelligent chatbot systems and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain NLP-based applications, including chatbots, educational bots, and query-handling bots.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs for various backend and frontend applications.
• Work with Python frameworks to develop, test, and deploy NLP models and features.
• Deploy code and models on servers for real-time applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver efficient solutions.
• Participate in a skill evaluation test task as part of the selection process.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in NLP and Python development.
• (Fresh candidates with strong practical skills are encouraged to apply.)
• Technical Skills:
• Extensive experience with NLP frameworks and chatbot development.
• Proficient in Python with hands-on API development and integration.
• Basic knowledge of server deployment and configuration.
• Ability to work independently and deliver quality code under project timelines.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

• Lahore Johar Town: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
