Ortak Consultants (Pvt.) Limited is seeking an AI Developer to build automation and intelligent solutions for HR and business operations.

Job Type: Full-time - Onsite

Location: Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deploy AI models, chatbots, and automation systems.

- Implement integrations between AI tools and business workflows.

- Experiment with APIs, machine learning models, and process optimizations.

- Collaborate with teams to design practical AI-driven HR and recruitment solutions.

Requirements:

- Must have a degree in computer science or related field.

- 1-2 years of related experience

- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (e.g. OpenAI).

- Experience in building chatbots, automation, or data-driven systems.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Ability to work independently and deliver creative solutions.
