AI Developer

We are looking for an experienced AI Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate will work on developing intelligent systems, integrating AI models into production environments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions in production
• Build and integrate LLM-based applications
• Work with data pipelines, APIs, and AI services
• Optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams
• Monitor, maintain, and improve deployed AI systems
• Document AI workflows and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an AI Developer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of machine learning and deep learning concepts
• Hands-on experience with Python
• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.)
• Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems
• Experience with REST APIs and AI service integration
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Preferred (Nice to Have) Skills

• Experience with RAG systems and vector databases
• Familiarity with TensorFlow / PyTorch
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
• Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment pipelines
• Understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI practices
