Role Overview

We are seeking a talented AI Developer with expertise in agent automation, LLM integration, and Android mobile automation. This role is highly technical and requires both strong Python development skills and hands-on experience with automation frameworks. You will design and build multi-agent workflows, integrate LLMs with automation pipelines, and develop solutions that run directly on Android devices.

This is not a routine software job — it’s about solving challenging problems in AI orchestration, agent reliability, and mobile automation at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Agent Development:
• Build, optimize, and maintain AI agents using LangGraph, LangChain, and LangSmith.
• Design multi-agent systems with persistence, error recovery, and stateful workflows.
• Android Automation:
• Develop automation pipelines for Android devices using ADB, Frida, MITMProxy, Appium, or similar tools.
• Implement screen navigation, input handling, API interception, and data collection from mobile apps.
• LLM Integration:
• Integrate LLMs with automation workflows for decision-making, natural language understanding, and context awareness.
• Implement RAG pipelines, tool-calling, and long-context memory for dynamic agent behavior.
• System Design & Scalability:
• Collaborate with AI engineers and product managers to convert requirements into production-ready systems.
• Optimize automation flows for scalability, performance, and fault tolerance.
• Development Tools & Practices:
• Use GitHub Copilot, CopilotKit, and Cursor AI to accelerate coding.
• Follow best practices for version control, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated on new advancements in AI agents, LangGraph, and automation frameworks.
• Suggest improvements and innovative approaches for ongoing projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Python development with a focus on AI/automation.
• Proven hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with Android automation frameworks (ADB, Frida, Appium, Playwright for Android, or MITMProxy).
• Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
• Ability to join immediately (1-day notice required).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and advanced LLM integration.
• Knowledge of graph databases (Neo4j) and workflow visualization.
• Understanding of MLOps practices for scaling AI workflows.
• Familiarity with network automation (API interception, packet analysis).
• Previous work in mobile/web automation at scale.
