AI Developer / AI Agent Engineer

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in AI integrations, LLMs, automation workflows, and backend development, with the ability to transform business ideas into scalable AI products.

Key Responsibilities

* Build AI agents for customer support, sales, operations, and automation

* Develop AI-powered solutions using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLMs

* Integrate AI systems with WhatsApp, websites, CRMs, APIs, and databases

* Create conversational AI experiences and multi-step agent workflows

* Develop backend systems for AI tools and automations

* Optimize prompts, memory systems, and AI logic for better performance

* Build dashboards and interfaces for internal teams and clients

* Work on voice AI, chatbots, recommendation systems, and automation tools

* Collaborate with designers, marketers, and business teams to launch AI products

* Research and implement the latest AI technologies and frameworks

Requirements

* Strong experience with Python and AI development

* Experience with OpenAI API, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks

* Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and RAG systems

* Experience integrating APIs and third-party platforms

* Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow design

* Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure, Vercel, etc.)

* Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, Supabase, etc.)

* Strong problem-solving and system architecture skills

* Experience building AI agents or automation systems is highly preferred

* Bonus: Experience with WhatsApp API, voice AI, n8n, Make.com, or AI SaaS products
