Generative & Predictive AI Enablement Configure and optimize Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent Develop prompt engineering, grounding, and retrieval strategies for GenAI use cases Train, test, and fine-tune ML models for classification, routing, and prediction

Automation & Orchestration Integrate AI agents with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and external systems Enable autonomous ticket resolution, knowledge generation, and proactive recommendations

Data, Security & Governance Ensure compliant data access, AI guardrails, and responsible AI practices Monitor model accuracy, performance, and continuous improvement

Collaboration & Delivery Partner with architects and stakeholders to deliver AI-driven business outcomes Support POCs, pilots, demos, and production rollouts
