Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative AI Digital Content Specialist with strong experience in generative AI, digital content creation, digital screens/LED walls, and programming. The ideal candidate will produce high-quality digital content using AI tools and manage visual displays for live events in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality digital content (Reels, short videos, motion graphics, infographics, images) using advanced generative AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Kling AI, Leonardo, Adobe Firefly, CapCut AI, etc.).
• Write and optimize advanced AI prompts (Prompt Engineering) to achieve professional and creative results quickly.
• Design, program, and operate digital screens, LED Walls, Video Walls, and stage screens during live events.
• Develop scripts and automation using Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or Node.js for content scheduling and real-time display control.
• Produce complete event content lifecycle: pre-event promotional materials, live event coverage, and post-event recap videos & highlights.
• Create interactive content for touch screens and large LED displays.
• Manage and execute digital content strategy across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts).
• Calibrate screens (color, resolution, brightness) to ensure optimal visual quality during events.
• Analyze content performance and provide monthly reports with improvement recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest AI tools, digital display technologies, and implement new trends.
• Collaborate closely with events, production, and marketing teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven experience in AI-generated content creation and digital media production.
• Strong hands-on experience with digital screens, LED walls, and live event production.
• Solid programming skills (Python or JavaScript is a must).
• Proficiency in AI tools + editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, etc.).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, especially during event days.
• Excellent command of English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
