AI Digital Marketing & Content Creation Specialist – Dubai

We are a Dubai-based company looking for a creative and skilled AI Digital Marketing & Content Creation Specialist from India. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using AI tools to create engaging marketing content and support digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create AI-generated videos, reels, images, banners, presentations, and social media content.
• Develop content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Google, and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Use AI tools for video creation, image generation, copywriting, voiceovers, editing, and storytelling.
• Support digital marketing campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and product promotion.
• Convert product information and technical data into attractive marketing content.
• Assist with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, SEO, website content, email marketing, and analytics.
• Suggest creative ideas to promote the company and its products.

Required Skills

Experience with AI and digital marketing tools such as:

• ChatGPT
• Canva
• Midjourney
• Runway
• Kling
• Pika
• CapCut
• Adobe Photoshop / Premiere Pro
• ElevenLabs
• HeyGen
• Synthesia
• Meta Ads
• Google Ads
• LinkedIn Marketing

Knowledge of SEO, CRM, landing pages, email marketing, and analytics is an advantage.

Experience

• 2+ years in digital marketing preferred.
• 1+ year using AI content creation tools preferred.
• Strong portfolio and creativity can compensate for less experience.
• Experience in B2B, construction, industrial, architecture, interiors, building materials, or technical product marketing is a plus.

Certifications (Preferred, Not Mandatory)

• Google Digital Marketing
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads
• HubSpot Content Marketing
• AI certifications from Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, Google, Microsoft, IBM, OpenAI Academy, etc.

Portfolio and practical experience are more important than certificates.

Relocation & Work Arrangement
