LockedIn AI is the AI assistant that helps people perform under pressure — interviews, sales calls, presentations, client meetings. We're a small, fast-moving team in NYC shipping product weekly and growing on social. We hire builders, not button-pushers.

What you'll do

You'll own the day-to-day of our social and content engine — coming up with ideas, making the content, posting it, and keeping the calendar full across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.

• Generate content ideas weekly — hooks, trends, formats — and turn the best ones into shipped posts within 48 hours
• Run content production end-to-end: scripts, filming, editing, captions, thumbnails. You'll be on camera regularly
• Own the social content calendar across IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts — schedule, post, monitor, respond
• Create marketing assets — short-form video, carousels, graphics, landing-page hero images — using Canva, CapCut, Figma, and AI tools
• Use AI tooling daily (Claude, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, etc.) for ideation, scripting, B-roll, voiceover
• Coordinate when you can't make it yourself — brief freelancers, work with our designer, hand off cleanly. We don't expect you to do everything alone, but you're the one accountable for it landing
• Track what's working — views, saves, profile visits, conversions — and double down on the formats that move numbers

You'll be a fit if

• You're a graduating senior or recent grad available for full-time within 3 months (this internship converts to FT for the right person)
• You're comfortable on camera — talking head, B-roll, lo-fi UGC, whatever the format calls for
• You can film and edit a 30-second video on your phone in under an hour and make it look intentional
• You've actually run a social account that grew — personal, campus org, side project, prior internship — and you can show the receipts
• You have taste — you know what's working on TikTok and IG right now, and you can articulate why
• You use AI tools every day for content workflows, not just as a novelty
• You can show up to our NYC office 3 days a week

Bonus points

• A personal account with real engagement (not vanity follower count)
• Past viral content
• Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci; basic Photoshop / Figma / Canva pro
• Built or operated a content-driven brand (DTC, creator, agency)

• What's the largest social account you've personally grown? Tell us the platform, the niche, rough follower count, and link to it (public link required).
• Name 3 brands or creators on TikTok / IG whose content you'd kill to make — and why those three.
• Walk us through your video editing setup — which apps you use (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, etc.), which AI tools you've used to make or edit video (Runway, Pika, Kling, ElevenLabs, Sora, Adobe Firefly, etc.), and how you'd approach turning a 2-minute raw interview clip into a punchy 30-second TikTok.
