Role Overview
EVOQ is seeking a highly capable AI & Digital Marketing Professional who can combine traditional marketing expertise with real-world AI implementation. This is not a “social media manager” role — we are looking for someone who can build scalable systems, generate market momentum, and use AI to accelerate execution across brand, demand generation, and go-to-market efforts.
This person will help shape the public presence of EVOQ and play a key role in driving awareness, credibility, lead generation, and strategic positioning across multiple business verticals.
Key Responsibilities AI-Driven Marketing Strategy
- Design and execute the marketing strategy of EVOQ across multiple verticals
- Identify and implement AI tools to accelerate marketing performance and output
- Build automated workflows for content creation, campaign deployment, and lead follow-up
Content & Messaging
- Create and refine the core messaging, brand voice, and value propositions of EVOQ
- Develop marketing assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and white papers
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for investors, customers, and partners
Demand Generation & Growth
- Develop and manage campaigns for inbound lead generation
- Support outbound campaigns through targeted market research, email sequencing, and automation
- Build and optimize funnels, landing pages, and conversion strategies
AI Enablement & Internal Tools
- Train internal teams on AI usage and best practices
- Build internal AI-driven playbooks for content, recruiting, communications, and customer engagement
- Implement systems for rapid market research, competitive analysis, and customer persona building
Brand & Market Presence
- Support PR and media outreach strategy (as needed)
- Build the EVOQ presence on LinkedIn and other professional platforms
- Help establish EVOQ as a credible leader in advanced materials and applied nanotechnology
QualificationsRequired
- 3+ years experience in marketing, growth, or demand generation
- Proven ability to create marketing strategy and execute it independently
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience applying AI tools in real business settings
- Experience with video editing and other creative tools
- Ability to take ownership and thrive in a startup environment
Preferred
- Experience in deep tech, biotech, MedTech, energy, or advanced manufacturing industries
- Experience building investor-facing marketing materials
- Familiarity with SEO, paid campaigns, and conversion rate optimization
- Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Understanding of prompt engineering, AI model tuning, or AI workflow design

- Marketing assets (decks, brochures, web copy, landing pages) are improved and scalable
- AI-driven content workflows are operational and producing measurable output
- A lead generation strategy is active and producing qualified engagement
- EVOQ brand presence becomes more visible and professional across key channels

Compensation
Competitive salary based on experience. Equity consideration available for the right candidate.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
