Position: AI & Digital Transformation Manager

Reports To: General Manager

Location: Al-Malqa Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Position Overview

The AI & Digital Transformation Manager will be responsible for identifying, implementing, managing, and training staff on Artificial Intelligence tools and digital solutions that improve efficiency, quality, productivity, and operational excellence across all departments of the company.

The role focuses on integrating AI technologies into daily business operations, project management processes, proposal development, design coordination, reporting systems, procurement workflows, and client communications.

The successful candidate will act as the company’s internal AI expert and innovation leader, ensuring that technology delivers measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Implementation

Identify and evaluate emerging AI platforms and technologies.

Develop and implement the company’s AI adoption roadmap.

Continuously research new AI tools relevant to construction, project management, hospitality, design, and consultancy sectors.

Ensure all implemented solutions align with company objectives and workflows.

Business Process Automation

Implement AI-driven solutions for:

Email drafting and communication.

Meeting minutes generation.

Action tracker creation.

Automated reminders and follow-ups.

Proposal generation.

Scope of work preparation.

Project reporting.

Risk register management.

Procurement tracking.

Submittal logs.

RFI management.

Document control.

Knowledge management systems.

Construction & Project Management Applications

Implement AI solutions that support:

Bill of Quantities (BOQ) generation.

Quantity take-offs.

Cost estimation.

Value engineering exercises.

Procurement planning.

Construction reporting.

Project scheduling assistance.

Risk analysis.

Contract review.

Tender evaluations.

Design & Creative Applications

Implement AI solutions for:

Mood board creation.

Concept development.

Material selection support.

Design presentations.

Rendering assistance.

Image generation.

Visual storytelling.

Marketing content creation.

Staff Training & Change Management:

Train all employees on approved AI tools.

Develop internal AI training manuals and SOPs.

Conduct workshops and awareness sessions.

Measure adoption rates and productivity improvements.

Provide ongoing technical support.

Knowledge Management

Develop and maintain:

Company AI knowledge base.

Prompt libraries.

Proposal templates.

Report templates.

Project execution templates.

Lessons learned databases.

AI-assisted SOP repositories.

Performance Monitoring:

Track ROI of AI initiatives.

Measure productivity gains.

Identify areas for further automation.

Produce monthly AI performance reports.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in AI implementation, digital transformation, automation, or business process optimization.

Experience within construction, consultancy, hospitality, architecture, or project management sectors is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), workflow automation, prompt engineering, and AI integration.

Excellent training and communication skills.
