Job Summary
We are looking for a highly creative and technology-driven designer to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, video editing, animation, and AI-powered creative tools. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, fast, innovative, and excited to use the latest technology to create high-quality visual content across digital channels.
This person will play a key role in bringing campaigns, product stories, and brand communication to life through static creatives, motion graphics, video content, and AI-assisted creative production.
Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality marketing creatives for digital campaigns, social media, app, web, CRM, internal presentations, and branded communications

Create and edit engaging video content for product promotions, brand campaigns, social media, performance marketing, and corporate communication

Produce motion graphics, animations, and short-form video content for digital platforms

Use AI-powered creative tools to improve design speed, content ideation, image generation, video generation, editing workflows, and creative output

Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaign concepts, visual storytelling, and creative assets aligned with business goals

Support branding initiatives by maintaining visual consistency across all touchpoints

Develop content for multiple formats including reels, stories, ad videos, explainer videos, motion posts, product demos, and presentation visuals

Stay updated on the latest creative technology, design trends, AI tools, and content production techniques

Collaborate with CRM, social media, performance marketing, product, and UI/UX teams when needed

Manage multiple design and video projects with strong speed, accuracy, and attention to detail

Contribute ideas on how automation, AI, and technology can improve the team’s creative process and output
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or related field

3 to 6 years of experience in creative design, multimedia design, or content production

Strong portfolio showing graphic design, video editing, animation, and digital content work

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related tools

Strong knowledge of video editing, motion design, and content creation for digital platforms

Hands-on experience using AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, CapCut AI, or similar platforms

Comfortable working in a fast-paced marketing environment with quick turnaround timelines

Good understanding of social media content formats and digital campaign creative requirements

Strong creative thinking, communication, and storytelling skills

Ability to balance brand consistency with fresh, innovative ideas
Preferred Skills

Experience in fintech, tech, startup, e-commerce, or digital-first industries

Basic understanding of photography, videography, and content shooting

Experience creating Arabic and English creative content is an advantage

Familiarity with UI design principles, digital advertising creatives, and mobile-first design

Knowledge of emerging AI design and video tools, automation workflows, and creative experimentation
