Role Summary

We are seeking a highly resourceful, forward-thinking, and AI-proficient Graphic & Media Designer to join our team on-site. This is not a traditional design role. You will sit at the intersection of cutting-edge AI generation and premium brand design, responsible for translating quarterly marketing briefs from all 6 division leads into high-end marketing collateral.

The ideal candidate knows how to feed raw data, itineraries, and briefs into advanced AI models, engineer precise prompts to conceptualize creative assets, and then utilize traditional design tools to refine, polish, and finalize corporate-grade media.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cross-Divisional Campaign Conceptualization

· Review and deeply understand the distinct target audiences and products across all 6 business divisions.

· Interface with division leads every quarter to ingest raw marketing briefs and campaign goals for their respective products.

· Research global design trends, build editorial mood boards, and discover modern creative ad tech concepts to keep the brand ahead of the market.

2. AI Workflow & Material Generation

· Upload product documentation, itinerary sheets, and briefing files into Google Gemini AI to brainstorm, sketch, and structure marketing concepts using advanced prompt engineering.

· Generate diverse marketing collateral from a single brief, including PowerPoint presentations, corporate proposals, and detailed product itinerary brochures.

· Produce high-converting ad variants, including static graphics, motion animations, and video ads optimized across multiple sizes and formats.

· Create matching organic social media posts to support broader paid multi-platform campaigns.

3. Multimedia & Ad Design Execution

· Design platform-specific ad formats with strict adherence to dimension guidelines for Google Ads, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), and LinkedIn.

· Handle end-to-end video editing tasks: crafting third-person video reels, creating promotional feature videos, and embedding high-impact background audio/music tracks.

· Seamlessly blend raw AI outputs with standard design programs to clean up imagery, enforce visual symmetry, and verify flawless branding elements.

Candidate Requirements

Technical Skills & Toolsets

· AI Expertise: Mastery of practical, hands-on usage of generative AI tools for concept building, feature models, and rapid copy/visual asset prototyping.

· Provided Resources: Fluent operation within Google Gemini AI, Canva, and Envato Elements (provided by management).

· Resourcefulness: The ability to independently source, adapt, and run any additional specialized design software or configurations needed to achieve elite results without relying on corporate setup.

· Video Production: Strong capabilities in modern video editing, pacing, music overlaying, and social media reel curation.

Communication & Quality Standards

· English Fluency: Native-level fluency in written, reading, and spoken English is absolute. You must accurately interpret highly nuanced briefs without misinterpretation.

· Obsessive Attention to Detail: An intrinsic commitment to perfection. In the premium corporate travel space, minor design oversights can cause significant brand disruptions. You must maintain zero-error output.

· Project Management: Smart multitasking skills with the capacity to manage, filter, and prioritize high-volume asset requests from multiple division heads simultaneously.

Working Conditions & Logistics

· Location: Fully on-site from our corporate office.

· Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 6 days a week.

· Hardware: A dedicated desktop workstation is provided for your daily in-office operations.

· Remote Preparedness: Candidates are required to own a personal laptop at home to occasionally access, finalize, or push urgent campaign edits across the finish line outside of standard hours if necessary.
