About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented AI-Driven Marketing Research Analyst to provide data-backed insights that support strategic decision-making across the company. This role blends market research, business analysis, and AI tools to uncover opportunities for growth, improve customer targeting, and guide strategic planning.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI & Data-Driven Research

  • Use AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, forecasting tools) to analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor movements.
  • Build AI-assisted insight models for market segmentation, demand forecasting, and customer profiling.
  • Leverage AI for data cleaning, summarization, clustering, and sentiment analysis.

Business & Market Analysis

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support business development, product launches, and marketing strategies.
  • Translate research findings into actionable business recommendations and growth strategies.
  • Monitor market dynamics, pricing trends, and industry benchmarks.

Strategic Support

  • Provide insights to senior management for strategic planning, new market entry, and product positioning.
  • Support marketing teams with data-driven recommendations for campaigns, targeting, and messaging.
  • Prepare clear, concise reports and executive-level presentations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in market research or business analytics (AI experience preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in AI research tools, analytics platforms, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence business decisions.

Preferred Experience

  • Understanding of machine learning concepts, predictive analysis, or prompt engineering.
  • Experience with survey tools, CRM systems, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Ability to break down complex research into business-friendly insights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹225,000.00 per year
