AI-Driven SEO Specialist + Video Content & Lead Conversion Expert (Remote)

Overview:
We’re a growing digital marketing company with operations in Canada and Pakistan, looking for a highly skilled professional who combines AI-powered SEO expertise with advanced video content creation and strong lead conversion abilities.

This is a fully remote role for someone who understands the complete funnel — from generating traffic to converting leads into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute AI-Driven SEO (AISEO) strategies for website growth
• Manage city-based, country-based, and generic SEO campaigns
• Use AI tools to scale keyword research, content creation, and optimization
• Create 100% AI-generated videos (AI avatar / AI presenter videos/ AI Backgrounds) for marketing campaigns
• Plan, edit, and optimize high-converting video content (ads, reels, short-form)
• Generate qualified leads through content and marketing strategies
• Manage lead nurturing and maturity process
• Communicate with leads, perform consistent follow-ups, and successfully close deals

Requirements:

• Proven experience in AI-driven SEO strategies
• Strong understanding of local (city-level) and international SEO
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for fully AI-based video creation (AI avatar / AI “Jason” style videos)
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools)
• Experience in creating lead generation content that converts
• Excellent communication and sales skills with the ability to close leads independently
• Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking is a plus
