Position Summary

Consultant Qualifications

Proposals must clearly demonstrate the following:

• Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), either as an industry consultant, developer, or operator, with hands-on experience and exposure to emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver implementation-ready CTE (K 12) education programs within tight timelines.
• Experience working with AI orchestration tools and services, including prompt engineering and rubric design.
• Prior hands-on development and/or consulting experience with AI-driven systems.
• Strong track record of managing multi-stakeholder collaborations (e.g., district leaders, educators, and industry partners) and producing well-documented outcomes.
• Industry experience as both an operator and consultant, with exposure to at least two AI-related domains such as Mixed Reality, Healthcare IT, Cybersecurity, or Computer Vision.
• Experience in designing AI infrastructure with safeguards suitable for regulated environments.
• Proven capability in developing CTE programs.
• Experience working within K 12 education systems, preferably in CTE environments.
• Solid understanding of workforce development, current industry trends, and postsecondary pathways related to AI and technology.
• Demonstrated commitment to student-centered learning, equitable systems, and culturally responsive teaching practices.
