AI-Enabled Graphic Designer

Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI-Enabled Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual designs for corporate and production-based clients across diverse industries. This role involves designing company profiles, brand identities, logos, marketing collateral, and social media content using a balanced combination of traditional design software and cutting-edge AI-powered creative tools.

The ideal candidate is a strong graphic designer first, with a solid understanding of branding and corporate communication, who leverages AI to enhance creativity, efficiency, and visual excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design corporate company profiles, pitch decks, and presentations
• Create logos, brand identities, and brand guideline assets
• Develop marketing collateral, including:
• Brochures
• Flyers
• Posters
• Banners
• Print and digital creatives
• Design platform-specific social media content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Use AI tools to explore, generate, and refine visual concepts, imagery, and design variations
• Enhance and finalize AI-generated outputs using:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Lightroom
• Ensure brand consistency across all client deliverables
• Adapt designs to suit different industries and client requirements
• Collaborate closely with marketing, production, and content teams
• Manage multiple client projects while consistently meeting deadlines

Required Skills & ExpertiseGraphic Design (Primary Requirement)

• Strong proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Lightroom
• Solid understanding of:
• Typography
• Layout and composition
• Color theory
• Corporate branding standards

AI Design Capabilities

Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools, including:

• Midjourney
• DALL·E
• ChatGPT
• Gemini AI
• Nano Banana
• Sora
• Stable Diffusion (or similar platforms)
• Experience using AI video generation tools for commercial video content
• Strong ability to create effective prompts that generate brand-aligned visuals
• Proven ability to integrate AI-generated content into polished, professional design outputs

Industry & Client Exposure

• Experience working with corporate clients
• Ability to design for multiple industries, including real estate, hospitality, technology, retail, and events
• Understanding of both corporate branding and creative production workflows

Preferred (Bonus Skills)

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or AI-based video tools
• Experience working in a marketing agency, production house, or creative studio
• Familiarity with print production standards and processes
