About the Role

Naaptol is looking for a passionate and innovative Graphic Designer cum Videographer with a strong foundation in visual design and an AI-first creative mind set.

This unique role combines traditional design expertise with cutting-edge generative AI tools to create high-quality, engaging digital content. The ideal candidate will conceptualize, design, and produce visual assets, marketing creatives, and video content to strengthen our brand presence and product communication.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Advertising

 Design and develop visually appealing product features, digital advertisements, and promotional creatives across multiple platforms.

 Create high-impact product ads, CRM images, and marketing visuals aligned with brand and campaign objectives.

 Produce short, engaging animated videos and visual content using both traditional and AI-powered tools.  Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling product stories and digital campaigns.

 Conceptualize and execute creative visuals that effectively communicate product use cases and key features.

AI-First Enablement & Innovation :-

 Lead the integration of AI tools into the design and video production workflow.

 Utilize generative AI platforms to rapidly generate, enhance, and optimize creative outputs.

 Develop AI-enabled templates and design systems to ensure scalability and brand consistency.

 Stay updated on emerging AI design technologies such as Google Studio, Whisk, VEO 3, and Sora.

 Continuously explore and experiment with new AI-driven creative processes to enhance innovation and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications :-

 Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.

 Qualification Requirement: Any Graduate plus a certified Graphics Design course.

 Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design, advertising creatives, and video production.

Technical Proficiency :-

 Adobe Creative Suite: o Photoshop – Advanced image editing and manipulation o After Effects – Motion graphics and animation o Premiere Pro – Video editing and post-production

 AI Design Expertise (Mandatory): o Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for image creation, animation, and video production.

 Strong understanding of design principles, typography, composition, and color theory.

 Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.

 Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :-

 Experience with 3D design or animation tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).

 Familiarity with creative automation workflows and prompt engineering.

 Passion for exploring and implementing AI-based creative innovations.

 Bond Clause: 1 year & 6 months

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
