Beehive Advisors is an AI consulting and software development firm focused on driving productivity in commercial real estate. We partner with CRE owners and operators to design, implement, and integrate AI systems across three areas: Change Management & Upskilling, AI Infrastructure Deployment, and Custom AI Software Development. We build capability inside our clients' teams — our goal is for them to own and run these systems independently, not depend on us forever.

The Role

We're hiring an AI Enablement Consultant to our bench to support client engagements as they come up. You'll work alongside a senior consultant — not solo — helping CRE teams actually adopt AI in their day-to-day work. This is a contract role with no guaranteed hours; work is project-based and billed time-and-materials.

This is a fit for someone slightly past entry level who's part teacher, part analyst, part process nerd.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate AI training sessions for client teams, from skeptical first-timers to power users
• Design instructional materials and curriculum — guides, exercises, reference docs
• Map existing client workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design AI-assisted or automated versions
• Support change management efforts to make AI adoption stick
• Help scope and shape practical AI use cases (custom GPTs, automation workflows)

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree
• Teaching, tutoring, or training experience — you can make complex things clear
• Some consulting or client-facing experience
• Working understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and similar) — you use them well; you don't need to build models
• Solid grasp of core finance concepts — time value of money, discounting (essential)
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Based in the Salt Lake City / Utah area and able to attend in-person client and team meetings

Bonus

• Familiarity with commercial real estate operations
• Experience with instructional design or process mapping frameworks
