Overview:
Founded in 1993, Bayview Asset Management is an investment management firm focused on investments in mortgage and consumer credit, including whole loans, asset-backed securities, mortgage servicing rights, and other credit-related assets.
Bayview is building a dedicated AI Enablement function to help every business unit work smarter with AI. As an AI Enablement Consultant, you are a hands-on partner to our business teams, understanding how they work, spotting where AI can help, and building practical solutions that prove the value quickly.
You will run business-unit engagements with guidance from the Head of AI Enablement, carry much of the hands-on building and training, and help create the prompts, skills, and best practices that the whole firm relies on. It’s an ideal role for a high-ownership self-starter who loves turning real-world problems into working AI solutions and is excited to grow as the function scales.

Partner with business units. Map key processes and surface practical AI opportunities, running engagements with guidance from the Head of AI Enablement.

Build solutions hands-on. Create custom agents, enterprise skills, and prompt workflows (no-code/low-code) that solve real business problems and demonstrate value.

Work closely with IT. Route opportunities that need custom integrations or development to partner with IT teams with clear, well-documented requirements.

Deliver enablement. Run training sessions, office hours, and enablement content that help employees adopt GenAI tools with confidence.

Grow the shared toolkit. Contribute to and maintain the enterprise library of prompts, skills, and best practices.

Support responsible use. Help ensure GenAI tools are used in a governed, cost-aware way that aligns with firm standards.

Stay current. Track new AI tools and features, pilot promising ones, and share what you learn.

Be a go-to resource. Provide responsive, ongoing support to business units as a trusted point of contact for AI questions.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

3–5 years in a business-facing technology, consulting, analyst, product, or enablement role, with hands-on generative AI experience.

Strong power-user fluency with GenAI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) and solid prompt-engineering skills.

Hands-on ability to build custom agents, skills, and prompt workflows (no-code/low-code) within current enterprise AI tools. Deep coding and integrations are handled by partner IT teams.

High ownership and a fast-learning, self-starting mindset; comfortable navigating ambiguity.

Strong communication skills; able to explain AI concepts to non-technical audiences and run engaging training.

Good judgment with sensitive data and awareness of governance and risk.

Exposure to financial services or asset management.

Experience delivering training or driving tool adoption.

Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.

A portfolio of agents, custom GPTs, automations, or prompt workflows you’ve built

This role is available to sit in either our Denver (CO), New York (NY), Coral Gables (FL) or Fort Lauderdale (FL) office location.

This role will be hybrid with 3 days in office (Tues - Thursday) and 2 work from home (Monday and Friday).

The compensation range offered for this position will be between $120,000 - $140,000 with a performance based incentive plan as well.
