Title: AI Enablement Specialist
Location: Remote (East Coast)
Salary: $110k - $120k + Bonus
Prestigious Professional Services Firm is seeking an AI Enablement Specialist to join their team!
RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with business units and firm services to identify and shape high-impact AI agent use cases aligned to workflow needs.

Facilitate working sessions to define use cases, scope requirements, and guide internal GPT builders through development.

Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on responsible and effective AI agent usage.

Conduct recurring 1:1 mentoring sessions to build AI fluency and support builder capability development.

Manage and moderate the AI Community Slack channel to foster engagement, surface insights, and promote best practices.

Independently configure and build GPTs in select cases, while primarily supporting internal builders in development efforts.

Partner with Internal Communications, Training, and Change Management teams to design and execute activation and enablement strategies that drive sustained AI adoption.

Manage the GPT request queue and inbound support channel, ensuring timely response and appropriate prioritization.

Guide internal GPT builders through the established AI development framework and process.

Support testing and refinement prior to launch, providing structured feedback to ensure quality and usability.

Partner with BTO for technical integration and system-level requirements as needed.

Maintain documentation of launched GPTs and associated use cases.

Monitor adoption trends, builder activity, and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

Synthesize insights from mentoring sessions and support interactions to inform roadmap discussions.

Support scalable AI deployment by identifying repeatable patterns, templates, and best practices.

Champion responsible for experimentation and knowledge sharing across the firm.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in professional services or consulting environments.

Familiarity with low-code or AI configuration environments (e.g., GPT customization).

Understanding of AI governance principles and responsible AI practices.

Experience supporting internal product launches or digital transformation initiatives.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Strong writing, documentation, and project management capabilities.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization, including senior management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
