Maeme’s Piri Piri, a rapidly growing international food brand, is expanding its technological frontier by integrating intelligent systems into its operations. We're looking for visionary talent to join our Islamabad-based innovation team as AI Engineer. As an AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models to build intelligent products and services.

Responsibilities:

· Design and implement machine learning and deep learning models for various applications (e.g., NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems).

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design data pipelines, and integrate AI models into products.

· Conduct model training, tuning, and evaluation using large-scale datasets.

· Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability in real-world environments.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them where relevant.

· Support the deployment and monitoring of models in production environments.

· Maintain clear documentation and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

· Proven experience (2+ years preferred) building and deploying machine learning models in production.

· Strong proficiency in Python and popular ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

· Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.

· Experience working with large datasets, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.

· Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

· Experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers).

· Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow).

· Background in reinforcement learning, generative models, or graph neural networks.
