What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Build the core AI chatbot with RAG.
• Optimize RAG pipelines.
• Develop semantic search (Elasticsearch).
• Work with LLMs.
• Engineer data pipelines.
• Ensure integrations and collaboration across systems.

Who You Are (Required Skills)

• Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer with a strong project portfolio in NLP and/or Conversational AI.
• Solid hands-on expertise with Python and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain).
• Strong track record in building and deploying RAG systems and working with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate).
• Strong understanding of search technologies, especially Elasticsearch.
• Strong foundation in NLP concepts, including transformers, embeddings, and NER.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and services (e.g., AWS S3).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Nice to Have (Preferred Skills)

• Experience with different open-source and proprietary LLMs.
• Experience with Arabic NLP.
• Familiarity with MLOps principles and tools for deploying and monitoring models.
• Passion for building intuitive user interfaces.
