Job Objective

We are seeking a creative AI Engineer with strong technical and practical expertise to develop advanced intelligent solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and support data-driven decision-making through forecasting and advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning models to accurately forecast project delays and estimate job durations.
• Design and implement sophisticated scheduling and route optimization solutions leveraging Google OR-Tools.
• Detect and resolve scheduling conflicts, including overlaps and idle periods, through automated methodologies.
• Improve customer engagement by deploying NLP-powered chatbots integrated with WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Integrate AI-driven systems with Zoho FSM, CRM, and Books utilizing APIs.
• Conduct thorough analyses of operational and customer data to generate actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in AI/ML development.
• Proficient in Python and experienced with relevant ML/NLP frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, spaCy).
• Experience with Google OR-Tools or similar platforms for optimization and scheduling solutions.
• Skilled in database technologies such as PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
• Experienced in REST API integration; familiarity with Zoho platforms is advantageous.
• Practical experience in delivering chatbot and NLP projects is preferred.
