Timing: 6 PM – 2 AM (Night Shift)

We specialize in full-stack web & mobile development and AI-powered systems, including chatbots, automation pipelines, OCR-based data extraction, and enterprise intelligence platforms.

We’re looking for a passionate AI Engineer who can bridge the gap between software development and machine intelligence, turning research ideas and APIs into scalable, production-ready features inside real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-driven applications, LLMs, RAG pipelines, OCR, NLP, and VectorDB-based automation tools.
• Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models via APIs into full-stack (Node / Python backends) and mobile apps.
• Collaborate with the backend team to implement AI features using Python (FastAPI / Flask) or Node.js (Nest / Express).
• Fine-tune models, generate embeddings, and develop domain-specific knowledge bases.
• Evaluate and optimize model performance, latency, cost, and accuracy (handling hallucinations and context limits).
• Work closely with frontend developers on data flow and real-time AI interaction within UI.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in GenAI, LangChain, Vector Databases, and AI Infrastructure.

Requirements

• Strong command of Python and Node.js for AI backend integration.
• Solid understanding of LangChain, OpenAI API, LLM architectures, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with data preprocessing, vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS), and RAG workflows.
• Familiarity with OCR systems (Tesseract, AWS Textract, Google Vision API).
• Basic knowledge of NLP techniques, model fine-tuning, and embedding generation.
• Understanding of cloud services (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean) and AI model deployment pipelines.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment and deliver end-to-end AI features.

Bonus Skills

• Hands-on experience with AI chatbots, data extraction tools, or automation platforms.
• Familiarity with MLOps, Docker, and serverless AI deployments.
• Grip on Git, API design, and backend architecture patterns.
• Prior experience integrating AI logic with production full-stack apps (React / React Native frontends preferred).
