About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Image Processing, Deep Learning, and NLP, to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions using the latest in YOLO, OpenAI APIs, CNN architectures, and natural language processing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI models for image recognition, object detection, and text understanding.
• Work with the latest YOLO versions (v6, v7, v8) for real-time object detection and tracking.
• Develop and fine-tune convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and other deep learning models for computer vision tasks.
• Integrate OpenAI APIs (ChatGPT, Whisper, DALL·E, etc.) for intelligent solutions in NLP and generative AI.
• Process and analyze large-scale datasets, including images, videos, and text.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
• Optimize model performance for accuracy, speed, and efficiency in real-world environments.
• Stay up to date with the latest research and innovations in AI/ML, computer vision, and NLP.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, Scikit-learn.
• Experience with YOLO (v6/v7/v8) and other real-time object detection models.
• In-depth knowledge of convolutional neural networks (CNNs), transformers, and deep learning architectures.
• Strong understanding of model quantization techniques and implementation of pre- and post-processing pipelines for deep learning models.

• Proficient in managing large datasets and preparing high-quality annotations for model training and evaluation.

• Experience in model conversion and optimization based on hardware requirements.***

Experience working with OpenAI tools and APIs for NLP and generative AI.

• Solid background in image preprocessing, augmentation, and annotation pipelines.
• Familiarity with NLP techniques such as sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and text summarization.
• Experience deploying models in production environments using Docker, REST APIs, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of LLaMA, Stable Diffusion, or similar generative AI frameworks.
• Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Weights & Biases, or Kubeflow.
• Exposure to OCR frameworks like Tesseract or EasyOCR.
• Prior experience in AI-based product development or startups.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
