Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI Engineer with 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build intelligent systems that drive business value, improve automation, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions for real-world applications.
Work with structured and unstructured data to build predictive, classification, and recommendation models.
Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms, deep learning models, and NLP solutions.
Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable data pipelines and ensure data quality.
Integrate AI models into production systems and applications using APIs and microservices.
Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Ensure AI solutions follow best practices for security, scalability, and performance.
Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and research.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or deep learning (any one or more).
Experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data processing tools.
Understanding of REST APIs and model deployment techniques.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
