AI Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive AI Engineer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has practical experience building AI-driven solutions, strong exposure to LLMs and chatbots, and can communicate confidently in English while working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for real-world applications
• Build and optimize LLM-based systems, chatbots, and AI automation workflows
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets to train and improve models
• Integrate AI models with backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams
• Communicate technical concepts clearly in English during meetings and documentation
• Stay updated with the latest AI tools, frameworks, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an AI Engineer or similar role
• Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and NLP fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, chatbots, or AI automation tools
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, etc.)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments
• Ability to integrate AI models into production systems via APIs
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
