At Cantabrix Inc., we help companies unlock operational intelligence and the next generation business operations improvement platform. Our AI platform unlocks complex contract data and allows customers to ask NLP questions across their entire contract portfoilio - surfacing savings, vendor and customer overlap, renewal exposure, obligations and more

Responsibilities

• Enhance Cantabrix's Agentic AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Develop autonomous AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, and executing tasks
• Use Claude Code, Codex and other AI tools as part of daily engineering
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and workflows
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, accuracy, and reliability
• Experiment with prompting, tool use, memory architectures, and multi-agent systems
• Work closely with customers to prototype and deploy AI solutions for real business problems
• Contribute to backend services, APIs, and cloud infrastructure supporting AI products
• Stay current with the latest advances in Generative AI and Agentic AI

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
• 0–2 years of software engineering, AI, or machine learning experience
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals
• Experience building projects using OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Gemini, or similar models
• Familiarity with REST APIs and cloud platforms
• Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn quickly

Qualifications

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
• Understanding of embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search
• Experience with RAG architectures
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments
• Knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud
• Experience building AI projects,
• Exposure to prompt engineering and agent orchestration frameworks
