What you’ll be doing

• Building core agentic AI product features
• Designing LLM architectures and agent workflows
• Evaluating models and choosing the right approach for each problem
• Integrating AI into complex production software
• Deploying across cloud and on-premise environments
• Improving the security, reliability and testing of AI systems
• Potentially working with object detection and multimodal models

What you’ll bring

• Experience building ML or AI systems in production
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic AI
• Strong Python, Rust, C++ or Java
• Experience with PyTorch, JAX or TensorFlow
• Exposure to LangGraph, Google ADK or similar
• Strong understanding of ML fundamentals and model trade-offs

Experience with MLOps, multimodal AI or constrained hardware is a bonus rather than a requirement.

You’ll need the right to work in the UK and be eligible for UK SC clearance . This is an office-first role with some flexibility.
