AI Engineer (Agentic AI / LLM Focus)

We are seeking an AI Engineer with a strong foundation in Agentic AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-agent frameworks, and autonomous AI agents to solve real-world, production-grade problems.

Key Responsibilities;

1. Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Systems

• Design and implement agent-based architectures using frameworks such as CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, LangChain, or similar tools
• Develop multi-agent workflows for task orchestration, autonomous decision-making, and execution
• Integrate LLMs with external tools, APIs, and memory systems

2. Model Development & Fine-Tuning

• Fine-tune and adapt pre-trained LLMs (e.g., Mistral Large, Gemini, OpenAI models, AWS Bedrock models)
• Develop NLP solutions for tasks such as summarization, classification, and text generation
• Contribute to internal or open-source model repositories

3. Data Engineering & Processing

• Pre-process, clean, and analyze large-scale datasets
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to design scalable and efficient data pipelines

4. Evaluation & Optimization

• Design and implement evaluation metrics for model performance
• Optimize models for accuracy, latency, cost, and scalability

5. Collaboration & Research Integration

• Work closely with research, product, and engineering teams
• Stay updated with advancements in LLMs, agentic architectures, and AI safety

6. Documentation & Communication

• Maintain clear technical documentation for models, pipelines, and agent workflows
• Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques
• Exposure to Agentic AI or multi-agent systems
• Experience with distributed systems and large-scale data processing
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills;

• Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, LangGraph, WatsonX
• Cloud experience: AWS, GCP, Azure, or IBM Cloud
• Contributions to open-source projects
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases
• Understanding of AI safety, alignment, and ethical AI practices
