We are looking for an AI Engineer help build and scale AI-driven automation systems that improve operational efficiency and streamline complex business workflows, particularly in audit and accounting-related operations.
You will work on building LLM-powered workflows, agentic systems, document intelligence pipelines, and scalable backend infrastructure that integrates AI into real-world operational processes. This is a hands-on engineering role in a fast-paced environment where you will contribute directly architecture, implementation, and deployment of AI-powered products.
What You’ll Be Doing- Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflow automation systems.
- Develop LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Build orchestration systems for multi-step business processes and AI-assisted task execution.
- Create scalable backend services, APIs, and lightweight frontend interfaces that integrate AI systems with internal and external platforms.
- Develop document intelligence pipelines for processing PDFs, spreadsheets, reports, and operational data.
- Implement workflows involving extraction, validation, classification, summarization, and data normalization.
- Build human-in-the-loop systems that support review, approval, and auditability of AI-generated outputs.
Contribute- cloud-native infrastructure, deployment workflows, monitoring, and production operations.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams- translate business workflows into scalable AI solutions.
- Continuously improve system reliability, response quality, observability, and operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For- 0–3 years of experience in python-based software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or applied AI development.
- Experience with Python-based backend, AI/ML, or applied AI development.
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or AI workflow orchestration.
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data processing pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills.
Ability- work independently in a fast-moving engineering environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 base compensation
