We are expanding our team at our Pakistan office located in Clifton Bath Island, Karachi, and seeking a highly skilled AI & Automation Expert to join us.

Position Overview

We are looking for a full-stack AI, Chatbot & Automation Specialist capable of independently building a WhatsApp conversational CRM chatbot, automating business workflows, integrating campaigns, and managing website platforms (WordPress + Shopify).

This is a technical role that requires expertise, creativity, and the ability to work independently.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI & Chatbot Development

• Build advanced conversational chatbots using OpenAI/LLMs for WhatsApp.
• Develop automated lead qualification, customer support, and sales flows.
• Create industry-specific chatbot templates for multiple business types.

WhatsApp Automation

• Integrate WhatsApp Cloud API, 360dialog, Twilio, Gupshup, or other providers.
• Build automation for sales funnels, reminders, follow-up sequences, and customer tracking.

CRM & Campaign Integration

• Connect chatbot workflows with any CRM: Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, PipeDrive, GoHighLevel, etc.
• Integrate and automate:
• WhatsApp Campaigns
• Email Campaigns
• SMS Campaigns
• Retargeting Campaigns
• Create dashboards for performance tracking, lead status, conversions, and engagement.

Website Management (WordPress + Shopify)

• Manage and update WordPress websites (themes, plugins, optimization).
• Manage Shopify stores (theme updates, app integrations, automation workflows).
• Implement AI-driven support and product recommendation modules.

Backend & API Work

• Build backend automation using Python or Node.js.
• Handle APIs, webhook integrations, and data pipelines.
• Connect all systems into a unified CRM and reporting environment.

Required Skills

• AI / LLM expertise (OpenAI, GPT-4/5, Claude, Llama, LangChain)
• WhatsApp Business API integration
• CRM workflows, dashboards & analytics
• Strong backend skills (Python or Node.js)
• WordPress development & plugin experience
• Shopify store management & automation
• API integration skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and ability to work independently

Preferred Skills

• n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Twilio Studio
• React / Next.js frontend experience
• Database experience (MongoDB, Firebase, MySQL)
• Experience building SaaS automation tools
