Looking for an AI Engineer fresh out of school or early in career to ship real AI-powered features. You'll integrate LLM/AI APIs, build agent workflows, and deliver end-to-end solutions on AWS. Responsibilities

  • Own small-to-medium features end-to-end with mentorship
  • Build AI-integrated software: wire up LLM/AI APIs, design agent workflows, ship reliable AI features
  • Learn cloud-native practices on AWS (compute, storage, serverless)
  • Contribute across frontend, backend, or data layers
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and absorb best practices
  • Connect work to business outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of professional experience
  • Shipped at least one end-to-end project (coursework, hackathon, side project, or internship)
  • Hands-on coding in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar (backend/full-stack preferred)
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts (prompt engineering, API integration, basic agentic workflows)
  • Comfort learning AWS and infrastructure-as-code on the job
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills

  • Side projects or hackathons involving AI/LLM or chatbots
  • AWS hands-on experience (even free tier)
  • Full-stack experience (frontend and backend)
  • Open source contributions or GitHub portfolio
  • Personal site showcasing projects
  • Experience with rapid prototyping
  • Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization basics

Compensation And Benefits

  • Base Salary: $60K–$75K
  • Incentive Compensation: Up to 20% of base, tied to feature delivery
  • 401(k) Match: 100% match up to 4% of base, fully vested immediately
  • Paid Time Off: 20 days per year
  • Medical: 100% employee coverage, 50% for family
  • Holidays: 10 paid holidays annually
