AI Engineer Intern

Spearmint Technologies is seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking AI Engineer Intern to help design, build, and automate next-generation software systems. In this role, you will bridge traditional web development with modern artificial intelligence.

Job Timing & Working Days

• Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack & AI-Assisted Development-Build, maintain, and deploy responsive web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Utilize modern AI coding assistants (Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate feature delivery, debug code, and refactor existing codebases.
• LLM & API Integrations-Seamlessly integrate third-party REST APIs and Large Language Model (LLM) APIs—including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and Antigravity—into core products and internal systems.
• Manage complex data flow, state management, and API endpoints across disparate platforms.
• AI Agents & Workflow Automation-Develop, deploy, and monitor role-based AI agents (e.g., SEO, design, and content agents) using OpenClaw or similar agentic frameworks.
• Build robust automated scripts and multi-step operational workflows using platforms like n8n to eliminate repetitive manual processes.
• Low-Code Orchestration & Data Management-Utilize Airtable, Lovable, and other low-code/no-code platforms for backend data architecture and rapid workflow prototyping.
• Research, test, and implement emerging orchestration frameworks (such as Moltbook) to enhance AI team collaboration and operational intelligence.
• Code Quality, Documentation & Collaboration-Audit web applications to optimize performance, scalability, system security, and UI/UX standard compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, Design, SEO, and Marketing) to scope and deliver end-to-end AI features.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation covering software architecture, API schemas, tool configurations, and research findings.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Core Technical Knowledge: Foundational understanding of JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and database concepts (MongoDB).
• AI & Integration Skills: Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with REST APIs, JSON data handling, and prompt engineering/AI coding tools.
• Automation & Tools: Exposure to workflow tools (n8n, Zapier) or no-code platforms (Airtable) is a strong plus.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Eagerness to continuously research, experiment with, and integrate rapidly evolving AI frameworks.
• Education: 3rd and 4th-year students and fresh graduates currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
