Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented AI Engineer with 2+ years of experience in machine learning and AI development, who can also create clear and actionable Product Requirements Documents (PRDs). The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, while translating business and product requirements into technical specifications for AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI systems.
• Translate business needs and product goals into detailed PRDs including functional requirements, user stories, success metrics, and constraints.
• Conduct data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering to support model development.
• Integrate AI models into production systems in collaboration with engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
• Optimize models for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research, tools, and best practices.
• Document AI workflows, pipelines, and system architectures clearly for team and stakeholder use.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment of AI development with business objectives.
• Work during night hours to support global teams and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, AI, or related roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python, experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Experience with model deployment, monitoring, and production pipelines.
• Ability to create clear, detailed PRDs and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Office Hours: 05:00 PM – 02:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
