AI Engineer (Vision)

Overview
We are hiring an AI Engineer to work on computer vision, object detection, behavior analysis, and deep learning systems. You will design, train, and deploy AI models, integrate them into real-world applications, and collaborate with our engineering team to build intelligent, scalable products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI/ML models for computer vision, object detection, recognition, and predictive analytics
• Implement real-time video analysis from CCTV/RTSP streams
• Optimize and deploy AI models on edge devices and GPU platforms
• Build and maintain secure and scalable data/AI pipelines
• Integrate models into backend services with APIs and streaming protocols
• Research and apply the latest advancements in AI/ML, anomaly detection, and reinforcement learning

Main Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Python and ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, OpenCV)
• Hands-on experience with Deep Learning frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras
• Expertise in Computer Vision (classification, object detection, segmentation, face recognition)
• RTSP/CCTV Integration: FFmpeg, GStreamer, OpenCV
• Real-time Detection & Recognition: YOLO, FaceNet, InsightFace
• Edge/GPU Acceleration: NVIDIA Jetson, TensorRT, ONNX Runtime
• Secure, Scalable Pipelines: Docker, Kafka, REST/gRPC, WebSockets
• Experience in Behavior & Anomaly Detection, Access Control Systems
• Familiarity with Linux, containerization, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Strong problem-solving and algorithm design skills

Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, computer vision, or related fields

Nice to Have

• Experience with multimodal AI (vision + language)
• Knowledge of LLM integration with vision systems
• Background in real-time video streaming analytics
• MLOps experience (CI/CD for ML, monitoring, lifecycle management)
• Research contributions or open-source AI project involvement

Job Details

• Timings: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

• Peshawar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
