With a 40+ year commitment to delivering breakthrough customer experiences and a culture rooted in trust, integrity, and continuous learning, Park Square Homes is looking for an AI & Automation Specialist who is as passionate about teaching as they are about technology. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves getting in the weeds — building smart workflows, sitting side-by-side with teammates to show them a better way, and helping an entire company level up with AI.
This role is equal parts builder and teacher. You will implement AI tools and automate workflows across our business — then turn around and train every department on how to use them. You'll run one-on-one coaching sessions with individual employees, lead department-level AI workshops, and design company-wide training programs. You will be the go-to person when someone asks, "Can AI help with this?" — and the person who then teaches them how.
We are not looking for a strategist or an architect. We are looking for a doer and a communicator — someone who can build a workflow in the morning, run a department training at lunch, and troubleshoot a tool for a colleague in the afternoon.
