About the Role

We’re a digital agency developing a robust internal database for B2B SaaS tools. We’re hiring an automation specialist to construct a self-running “Data Factory” that gathers data from review sites, refines it using AI, and keeps Airtable updated and organized.

What the System Will Do

• Collect pricing, features, ratings, and reviews from G2, Capterra, and other platforms
• Process and refine data through n8n workflows
• Leverage GPT-4 to tailor descriptions for different industries (dentists, lawyers, retailers, etc.)
• Maintain structured records in Airtable

Your Responsibilities

• Implement scraping for G2, Capterra, and similar sources
• Design n8n workflows for data handling
• Develop GPT-4 prompts for accurate rewrites
• Set up and manage Airtable's relational structure
• Enable scheduling, error management, and monitoring
• Deliver complete documentation

What You Need

• Practical experience with n8n in real projects
• Background in web scraping review sites
• Proficiency in Airtable (linked records, automations, formulas)
• Experience with OpenAI API and prompt creation
• Ability to clean and structure data effectively

Bonus Points

• Prior G2 or Capterra scraping work
• Knowledge of Apify, Clay, or self-hosted n8n
• Familiarity with Docker

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: Rs160,000.00 - Rs320,000.00 per month
