AI Expert - Startup Co-Founder

Our smart, scalable solution simplifies ESG data collection, reporting, and analysis for enterprises of all sizes. By leveraging real-time data, AI driven insights, and industry aligned frameworks, we provide actionable metrics that meet regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations. ATYVance ensures faster, smarter, and automatic ESG management, making it easier to prepare for audits, improve sustainability outcomes, and align with global ESG standards.

Role Description

The AI Expert will be responsible for designing and implementing AI driven solutions, overseeing data analysis, developing AI algorithms, and applying machine learning techniques. The AI Expert will collaborate with other team members to drive innovation and growth, while contributing to sales and marketing strategies to promote ATYVance's solutions. Effective communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

• Start: Advisory Board (2-3 months voluntary trial)
• Next: Founding Team with significant equity
• Commitment: 15-20 hours/week with ownership mindset
• Future: Salary + equity after Series A (2026)

What We Need

• Hands on experience building AI/ML solutions that solve real business problems
• Deep understanding of data pipelines, data quality, and what makes AI actually work
• Experience with LLMs, NLP, or predictive analytics
• Proficiency in AI and machine learning techniques
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree (or postgrad) in Data Science, AI or related field.

We're not looking for prompt engineers. We're finding a co builder who understands what's under the hood and is capable and willing to build the new AI engine.
