AI Filmmaker (Micro Drama & Short-Form Content)

We are looking for an AI Filmmaker who can create high-quality micro drama series using iPhone shooting and AI-powered post-production tools. This role blends storytelling, mobile filmmaking, and AI workflows to produce fast, scalable, short-form narrative content.

You will be responsible for end-to-end execution—from AI-assisted scripting to iPhone shooting, AI enhancement, and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI-Assisted Story & Script Development

• Use AI tools to generate story concepts, episode outlines, and dialogues
• Collaborate with writers to refine scripts for short-form engagement
• Optimize scripts for cliffhangers and high retention

2. iPhone-Based Production

• Shoot cinematic-quality footage using iPhone (vertical & horizontal formats)
• Manage lighting, framing, sound, and on-location shoots
• Direct actors for short-form narrative performance

3. AI-Powered Post-Production

• Use AI tools for:
• Video stabilization and enhancement
• Audio cleanup and voice clarity
• Auto-editing and scene pacing
• Subtitle generation and localization
• Apply creative judgment to finalize edits

4. AI Actor & Voice Integration (Optional)

• Integrate AI voices, dubbing, or digital characters when required
• Ensure ethical and legal use of AI-generated assets

5. Content Optimization & Delivery

• Optimize episodes for different platforms (Shorts, Reels, OTT micro-drama)
• Ensure timely delivery following production SOPs
• Collaborate with growth and marketing teams on trailers and promos

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of filmmaking fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with iPhone videography
• Working knowledge of AI tools for video, audio, and text
• Ability to work fast and iterate based on feedback
• Basic understanding of copyright, licensing, and AI ethics

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience in short-form or micro-drama content
• Familiarity with vertical storytelling formats
• Understanding of audience engagement metrics
• Experience working in startup or creator-led environments
